Cable network glass facade
This type of system for holding glass facades includes horizontal and vertical cables that are configured as a perpendicular network and can be implemented in two types: flat or curved. In this system, the horizontal and vertical cables between the two backing plates are placed in a coordinated boundary structure and are locked together by stainless steel clamps that hold the glass pieces. Both flat or curved types of this system are geometrically unique and very complex, which requires precise designs and calculations.

Cable Network Facts:
Suitable for spaces that are limited behind the facade
Requires accurate calculations and execution
Long life and durability
Light weight and high load carrying capacity
The glass used in a glass structure depends on several factors:
- Panel level
- Support conditions
- Glass aspect ratio
- Wind pressure at panel level according to standard part3 | S875-1987
